Construction and Planning Update

328 Montgomery (Sol Azteca): they need another set of architecture plans so they are likely

380 Montgomery (St. Bridget’s Renovation): all the comments have been passed on to their lawyer; what are the community givebacks – hard to do that for a project that is as of right, particularly one that is a contributing part of the historic district – doing that alone is basically a giveback; where we can make an impact is where they asked us to give feedback – how do they use the lower floor (as a community space? An event space? A grocery store?) – there are no dumb ideas; send an email to the VVPA website; Gary is the main contact on that particular project

108 Wayne Street: that project is on hold

102 Wayne Street (Old bodega on Wayne street): gonna turn into a cafe; we may see this in the next month or 2 but they are doing everything in accordance with the ordinance; they cannot be open beyond a certain time period

Sol Aztec’s old spot: there is a new tenant there with a temporary certificate of occupancy but they’re in violation of the historic district ordinances; if this continues to be a problem, we will escalate this within the city

198 Wayne Street: an amendment to the Dixon Crucible study area

Scattered site RDP: made and designed to save and preserve old buildings from being demolished

Liberty Harbor North: they’re going to start next phase of construction at 88 Regent; everything they’re doing is in the redevelopment plan; Tom has asked him to give an update to VVPA and also on the corner building (debris falling into people’s yards).
