Diane Coleman is a lifelong resident of Jersey City and President and Founder of Building an Empire, Inc. a not-for-profit organization focused on social service programs that work servicing over 7,000 residents. - Silverman–Building Neighborhoods: Plans for new building on Grove and Montgomery Street
Representatives from Silverman-Building Neighborhoods will be on hand to discuss the Proposed Majestic II Building on the corner of Grove Street and Montgomery Street. It will be a six-story structure and will contain between approximately 100 and 110 residential units. Come hear the details of this new project and voice your concerns and comments.
- Michael Ryan–PJ Ryan’s expansion to 68 Mercer Street
PJ Ryan’s has applied and will be going in front of the Historic Preservation Commission regarding an expansion of the current PJ Ryans to neighboring
68 Mercer Street. Their intent is to use that space for more tables and the upstairs as a meeting space. They are looking for neighborhood comments or concerns.

October 24-25th @ Liberty State Park–Haunted Terminal
Don’t miss the fun at Liberty State Park in the historic CRRNJ Terminal on October 24th and 25th for this year’s haunted adventures with a bit of history thrown in.
