Representatives of the East District Police precinct will give their monthly report
Paul DelForno and Lawrence Perlaki of Five Star Investments along with their architect Jim Lindeman will be presenting their new development “Columbus Corners” located on the corner of Christopher Columbus and Barrow Streets.
Jennifer Morrill, the Public Information Officer for the Neighborhood Improvement District will be speaking about the organization and the role it plays in the community.
Suzy Jarkezian and Lenny Singh of the Pride Mentor Program will give a short presentation on their volunteer mentoring program for Hudson County.
There will be a discussion regarding amending the following VVPA Bylaw:
Article 4, Section 2 General Powers; increasing the expenditure of funds by the Board of Directors
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
January 18 – 6-8pm. The first public meeting for the Jersey City Regional Waterfront Access and Downtown Circulation Study will be held at the Theater at the Jersey City Museum, 350 Montgomery Street. For more information please call Naomi Hsu at 201-547-5021
January 20 – 2-3:30pm. Afternoon Delight for Seniors – New Series. “Only in Jersey City, the Odd, the Strange, the Mysterious. Documentary photographer Leon Yost gives a slide talk of peculiar Jersey City phenomena. Jersey City Museum, $3.50 admission includes program and gallery admission.
January 25 – 7:00pm. Mary Ann Wallace, Principal of the new Frank R. Conwell School #PS3 will give a
tour of PS#3 and MS#4. The tour will meet at 111 Bright Street, main lobby corner of Bright & Varick Streets, red brick building.
Meetball Dinner – Volunteers Needed
